    Is juicing not good for health reasons .ofcourse you cant do it as a lifestyle but juicing should just be part of it

      Hi there! Drinking juice causes blood sugar spike as menopausal women are prone to insulin resistance. It is much better to eat the whole fruit as it has the benefit of fiber too.
