Fantastic video, there’s nothing else like this on Creatine.

  • @drichlin says:

Great information. I’m a big fan of creatine and have told my friends about it. This channel has valuable info and is my goto source for knowledge about supplements.

  • @jgs9911 says:

    Another in-depth video. Thank you

  • @7TheWhiteWolf says:

Weightlifter here, I can tell you that creatine most certainly speeds up muscle recovery. The more water you have in your muscle cells the more protein synthesis happens. It’s the closest thing a natty can get to steroids without taking steroids.

    • @gohrt9139 says:

Definitely works for recovery and another thing is vegans vegetarians need to take it too they don’t have it in their diets

    • @michelrood2966 says:

      Natties are irrelevant

    • @sirgeoh says:

      Carnivore/keto or carbs?

    • @kieransmyth2283 says:

Water retention when you stop training it just falls of its not real solid muscle

    • @7TheWhiteWolf says:

@@kieransmyth2283 Your entire body is made of water…

And no, Creatine allows the Mitochondria to provide more ATP to the cells, which allows you to train harder during each session, those gains you make on Creatine will stay even when you stop supplementing with it (but why would you stop anyway? The studies coming in are drawing tons of positive outcomes). That, and as I said before, protein synthesis increases.

Thank you for all this great information. I have taken it before and saw benefits. I am 68 and can also vouch for benefits for older adults. Good stuff. First vid, new sub.

  • @craigcrawford6749 says:

I’ve been taking it since the mid nineties. Now 62 and in incredible shape still. Lifestyle the same as in my 20,s. Young son, still play ice hockey, gym 4-5 days a week. No wrinkles in my skin. People think I’m in my 40s at most. So glad I studied it 30 years ago and have never stopped taking it.

  • @TheLegendaryLP says:

I’m 47 I still take creatine and lift weights like I did in high school. Stay young
