@@trappedcat3615 an hour a day, The worst part is it counts even when you stay silent and there’s no way to pause no physical button to pause the conversation u can mute your mic but it still keeps counting against your quota

I’m not a fan at all of the advanced Voice. It’s not current with the Internet a lot of time it fails for me or gets too garbled and I have to tell it to repeat itself. I keep interrupting it by mistake so I have to do an extra step every time just to mute it.
Ditto. Had better chats (granted not reasoning) with Pi last year.
try with a newer phone, or better internet provider. or close background apps. The garbling happens when the phone is overwelmed. and if you have a question that needs internet, then switch to the basic voice mode by just typing in something.

On top of translating, since you’ve done your translations in a chat, you can ask it later things like, “What was the name of the shop she told us to go to?”
Those were some pretty cool ways to see this being used. I recently had to go for an interview for a US visit visa and used it to practice and it really helped make me feel ,ucj more confident and got the visa approved! As a sidenote, I do appreciate that even though you have self-promotion, you never push it hard or too many times in a single video like some creators do in their videos.
Yeah so I tried that thing it I want you to be quiet now. And not say anything until I tell you that you can talk again. It really really didn’t work. It couldn’t stop saying “ok, going to be quiet now. ”
I tried to explain that I would know it understood if it was just quiet and said nothing. It Answer was “I understand now I will say nothing.” I tried Explained that it’s still saying something and not being quiet. And it said “oh I’m sorry from now on I will be quiet. ” Yeah so annoying.
But maybe if I was quiet it wouldn’t say anything!? But I do have a problem with it, starting to talk before I’m finished talking.
Even if it’s just interrupting by saying “I will be quiet now and not interrupt you. ” But maybe it’s because I use it in Swedish I don’t know. Wait I will try it in English. And it actually said the word [silent]. 🤦🏾
Did it do things like ask you to recite the pledge of allegiance to the flag? (To be fair, I know nothing of what this process requires.) Wait, I’m thinking of the citizenship test.
I’ve actually been using it to help me learn Japanese. It’s really cool. Love the video btw.
I used it to start learning Klingon, High Valeryan, and Dothraki.
I got it to admit that it doesn’t know the intonation of some languages, but it does know them for other languages. (Not sure if just a hallucination or what.)
Is there a way to use the more conversational model in writing mode without voice? Useful for scripting video scripts
now i can take a walk, brainstorm with my airpods with chatGPT about things and it looks “normal” to outsider like as if i am in a phone call.
I have just started doing this…describing what i see waiting for it to translate what i have just said into the target language.
