    I think the problem with b12 is that microdosing requires precision tools that most companies don’t have. Since 1-2mg are totally safe (unlike excess b6) I wouldn’t worry about that

    I just take nonfortified nutritional yeast and beef liver pills instead. Those two cover all the B-vitamins without the side effects from taking synthetic ones.
