    It’s 4:30am and I’m watching your video. Can’t sleep. I’m 57 years old and in relatively good shape, but I’m always fighting that post menopausal belly bulge. It sucks to put it mildly. I’ve just Completed my group fitness certification with ACE and I’m extremely proud of accomplishing that (I had my certification 25 years ago but let it go through the years). But now I’m ready to make some tweaks and changes to my weight training and nutrition. I am a dance instructor which I LOVE, but I need more strength training. I really enjoy watching your videos, Melissa, you are so encouraging and give a wealth of information in body transformation after the age of 40! Thank you so much and I’m seriously considering doing your 8 week body transformation challenge! So glad I’ve subscribed to your channel, keep up the great work! ❤
